In 2002, Lisa Hartig began a staffing agency in the Milwaukee, WI area after working as a temporary Dental Hygienist herself. “I fell in love with the concept and after much searching, found an agency for sale in Milwaukee.” Lisa went to work and built a network of quality staff of Dentists, Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants who were placed in both temporary and permanent positions, depending on the needs of the client. In 2005, Complete Mobile Dentistry (CMD), Inc. expanded its services to provide on-site dental readiness exams to military personnel throughout the country. CMD staff performs dental screenings to prevent the service men and women of the Armed Forces from arriving in a deployed environment with dental pain or defect. In 2008 the original staffing agency was sold, shifting the focus wholly on staffing the dental readiness events.
In June of 2015, the staffing agency was reborn as Compete Dental Staffing (CDS). CDS specializes in providing ideal placement for dental offices of all sizes, ranging from last-minute absences to permanent placement for dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists.
Kimberly Murray, Operations Manager at CMD, has been with the company since 2006 working as a staffing agency temp with AIDS Resource Clinic of WI and Milwaukee Co. Correctional Facility as well as working military events on school breaks and weekends. Kimberly is excited that CMD is returning to their staffing agency roots and once again providing quality help to clients in need of staff.

Meeting the needs of our clients
Because of CMD’s roots and years of experience in hiring and staffing at a high rate, CDS is more than ready to meet the staffing needs of clients. There are currently 275 dentists and 418 dental professionals in our network. Because of CMD’s dental staffing knowledge base and experience as well as their innovative recruiting efforts, they are able to meet the needs of clients. For example, in November of 2014, 864 positions were staffed. CMD and CDS thrive on their ability to staff every event, as well as the fact that they are known for their superior attention to detail and quality. Lisa attributes this high quality and detail to her dedicated staff.
Work Hard, Play Hard
Family culture and good values are a huge part of CMD and CDS. With only 11 on staff at the corporate level, the busy season has everyone on roller skates; working together to make sure the job is not only done, but done right. Lisa is not a believer in short cuts and wants to make sure that whatever has her name on it, is something she can be proud of. But Lisa is always encouraging the fun side of work as well. The motto that you often hear is ‘work hard and play harder’. Lisa encourages everyone to take part in a committee and/or activities. Lisa wants her staff to enjoy being at work, since they spend more time here than at home. Lisa says ‘the reason CMD exists is to provide stability for ourselves and our staff, and if we can have fun while providing that, then I can say I did my job at the end of the day.”
