Meet Catherine Rabala, DDS. Dr. Rabala calls herself “a chapstick and go girl…” whose God given purpose is to help others. Starting out as a Dental Assistant, front desk assistant and office manager before going to dental school has given Dr. Rabala a wide view of the dental world and the toll working in dentistry can have on a person’s mental and physical state. Tired of the constant back and neck pain and general lack of energy she was experiencing at work, Dr. Rabala decided to make a change. After purchasing a workout program, she decided to start her own fitness challenge groups to help herself and others get healthy and stay healthy. On her website and Facebook page you can find tips and recipes and all around feel good encouragement to help you make a change in yourself. Dr. Rabala believes that “taking care of yourself should be NON NEGOTIABLE.” She believes that taking care of yourself first isn’t being selfish, it’s being smart. Being healthy gives you the strength to take care of others.
