Compensation Packages That Work for You
CDS wants to ensure that our assignments are mutually beneficial for both the provider and the office. We offer our doctors a competitive compensation package. Our knowledgeable placement specialists will work with you based on your experience, specialty areas, and other factors to help you understand the markets and find assignments that meet your requirements. We work to negotiate desirable rates, travel accommodations, scheduling, etc. to ensure a positive experience. In addition to negotiating on travel accommodations, we do the scheduling and payment for those expenses upfront so you don’t have the concern of organizing travel or reimbursement tracking. Our goal is to take care of the logistics so you can take care of the patients.

We facilitate the entire process from credentialing to getting placed in a great office. You don’t have to do it alone, we guide you through this with our industry expertise by your side.
